Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and sent via a tracked courier. Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Because many of our exhaust and styling parts are vehicle-specific, please double-check your vehicle's exact model, generation, and engine code before ordering.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they're unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Please note: custom-cut, machined, or fitted parts — including downpipes and exhaust sections — cannot be returned once they've been installed or show signs of fitment or use, as these are made to order for your vehicle.
Return postage on unwanted items is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged — in that case, we'll cover return costs and send a replacement or refund.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
